Universal Suggestions regarding Knife Abuse!

In every single Bolts-Only server there has always been that constant knifing abuse complaint, and it has become a universal problem! Therefore, it needs a universal suggestions and solutions! Any ideas on how we can control knife abuse? And not just knife abuse, but C-4 abuse and RPG abuse! More admins? More activity? What do you think?

    mmm ...

    Knifes are part of the game. but i think knifing is cheap killz, very easy to rush and knife. Well i dont complain if some one knifes me, i just take it as a lesson and improve more in No-scoping. So next time i am ready for rush snipers.

    Well you only get 2 ,Rpg,c4 per respawn - So i dont think c4 or rpg can be abused XD, Somehow if it does.. Admin or mods Can sort that out.

    Well to Decrease knifing there should be a rules that to knife only when reloading or out of ammo or 2 knife kills per respawn

    well thats just what i think :)
